Welcome to the Art Registration Page

In this section, you will find all necessary informations in order to publish your art for free.

If you are a painter, a sculptor, a digital artist, a music performer, a gallery owner, an art foundation, an art museum, an art collector or you inherited art, and you either wish to sell art or publish for the viewing pleasure your collection, this is the right place to start with.

Regardless if you want to sell or just share with the world your art, we are nevertheless interested in publishing your content submitted to us. It is our intention to create over time a directory or encyclopedia of art for the pleasure of all those interested in either buying art, enjoying art or executing research work.

The process to deploy art on this website is two fold and very simple. First you need to register yourself with us and thereafter you are required to document, by filling our PDF form, every piece of art you are asking us to publish.
Upon acceptance of your submission to us, we will publish the content in a FIFO (first in first out) manner your art with our standard HTML layout. This means that every publication is treated in a democratic way and we will not provide an preferential treatment. This is important, because we want to keep our website visitors focus on the art itself and not on the surrounding website layout.

If you are painter, sculptor, music performer, representing an art foundation or an art museum, we will create for you your very own gallery, designated only to you. This means that you are solely in control of your own Zaracus hosted content within your gallery. In addition, we will on request create within our art community server your designated forum, which you may use to talk about you and your art. Also as an option, you may ask us to create for you an email account, in order to receive from our visitors a personal message.
If you are however a private individual, an art gallery or art dealer, we will publish your art under the artist name only.

Prior contacting us, it is very important that you do understand and agree without any reservation the following conditions:

  • All of your submitted content (visual and acoustic) must not by classifyable for the following categories
    1. It must not be subject of pornographic matter.
    2. It must not be subject of promoting-, calling for- or belittle of violence.
    3. It must not be subject of defamation or a individual, ethnical-, religious- or political group.
    4. It must not be in parts or whole in infringement with any copyright of any third party.
    5. You must assume full legal responsibility for all of your submissions or present a contractual agreement that you are entitled to represent the respective owner in your name.
  • Every art submission and the respective artist must be documented. While this is mandatory, you are free to decide to what level of detail you want to deliver to us this required information.
  • Every painting or sculptor must be photographed on the subitter's own expense and the picture quality must pass our quality guidlines (please see below) and the picture resolution must not be lower than 1500 vertical and horizontal pixels.
  • Every audio submission must be recorded on the submitter's own expense and must be encoded as an MP3/128kbit or better file.
  • Every video submission must be recorded on the submitter's own expense and must be encoded as an MPEG2, AVI-XviD, AVI-DivX (with an embedded audio stream) file with a minmal resolution of 320x240.
  • We have plans to deploy at some point in future all content in non English languages, but at this moment in time, we deploy only submissions in English.
  • Although we have multilingual staff, the official language to deal with us is English. We will not translate our legal documents and written agreements in any non English language.
  • Zaracus Ltd. can not be held responsible if individuals, subject to illegal computer activity (i.e. hackers), copy, delete or alter in any way the published content. We did however secure our servers and constantly monitor for such activities.
  • We reserve the right to prescind from publishing parts or your entire submission if not all conditions above are not fully satisfied or accepted.

Every piece of art featured in this gallery is and will be free of any publication charges and we only demand in an exchange from you some relevant information about the artist and the artwork itself. In fact, it is our vision to establish this website as the central place where art lovers can enjoy art, much like going to visit a museum, learn about the artist and the motivation of the artist why and/or how a particular artwork has been created. In today's global world, we see art as a messenger to cross borders, the boundaries of peoples mindsets and to enhance the mutual understanding between cultures, ideologies.

Remember, if you are an amateur artist or someone crafting objects, capturing scenes in photographic images, you are beyond any doubts very welcome to also join us.

We sincerely hope you share with us the enthusiasm, spread the word by pointing other people to this gallery and participate in the democratisation of art made by people wishing to express their thoughts and emotions!
