Zaracus Vision Democratize (to make something accessible to everybody) Art.

Art is the creation of beautiful or thought-provoking works, we often wrongly think of them as just paintings but they are just as likely to be sculptures, music, video or literature.

Anyone can express their artistic side through paintings sculptures and now even digital photograph. However, very few get the opportunity to share their expressions with a global audience. Zaracus aims to bring together artists, their work, emotions and expressions with a ever growing Internet community hungry for new and original works of art.

Art lovers traditionally find new and upcoming artists in small back street Galleries around the world. The whole process of discovery is limited by an individual ability to travel. Zaracus will bring these Galleries into the living room. Art lovers will be given the opportunity to interact with the Artists through, highly detailed images, sound and video.

Zaracus Maintainer

Zaracus was founded on 2005 by Siegfried Fischler and Robin Bates, previously for more than 15 years were professionals in the printing and software development business. At the beginning of 2008, Zaracus.com has been turned into a non-profit website, with the sole purpose of providing to art lovers and artist a place to enjoy and share art. The whole operation is now entirely sponsored and maintained by Siegfried Fischler.
